Do I need to prepare anything for my session?

Just wear something comfortable and arrive a few minutes early if you can. Try to avoid heavy meals or stimulants (like caffeine) directly beforehand. You'll be given everything you need to feel relaxed and supported during your session.

What should I wear?

For Reiki and Sound Healing, you remain fully clothed — loose, comfortable clothing is ideal. For Massage, you'll undress to your comfort level and will be professionally draped throughout the session to ensure your privacy and warmth.

Can I choose the pressure during a massage?

Yes. Pressure can be adjusted at any point to suit your needs and comfort. Whether you prefer light, moderate, or firmer touch, your experience will be tailored to you.

What if I fall asleep or feel emotional?

Both are completely normal. Many people drift into sleep or enter a deeply relaxed state. It’s also natural for emotions to come up as the body releases tension — all responses are welcome and handled with care and professionalism.

How will I feel afterward?

You might feel calm, clear, emotionally lighter, or physically relaxed. Some people feel energized, while others may need quiet time. Everyone responds differently, and the effects can continue to unfold over the next day or two.

Are there any contraindications?

Yes. While Reiki, Massage, and Sound Healing are generally safe and supportive, there are some situations where caution is needed. These therapies may not be suitable if you are in your first trimester of pregnancy, have certain cardiovascular conditions, recent surgery, acute injuries, epilepsy (for sound healing), or serious mental health concerns. Please get in touch before booking if you have any health conditions or concerns, and we’ll be happy to advise or adapt the session accordingly.

Can I combine sessions?

Yes, absolutely. Many people find that rotating or combining treatments — for example, using Reiki for emotional support and Massage for physical tension — enhances overall wellbeing. We’re happy to discuss options and help you create a balanced self-care combination.
